Over 20 years’ experience in human resources and over 10 years in dispute resolution across private and public sectors including SMEs, the NHS, Central & Local Government and the not-for-profit sector. David is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. He is a CEDR accredited and ACAS-trained mediator and is accredited by the Institute of Leadership and Management as an Executive Coach.

He has an excellent reputation for resolving conflict between individuals and within groups and also supports businesses to resolve complex people management issues. He has project-managed complex organisational change to deliver key strategic goals within demanding time-frames and budgets. He also has a reputation for thoroughness, fairness and discretion investigating sensitive and high-risk cases.
